The <br />staff has been given termination notices effective July 31, 1987. This status <br />could change in the middle of August when the Legislature reconvenes if action <br />is completed to authorize expenditure of funds for the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Minerals Program. <br />Please be advised that the statute and regulations governing mined land <br />reclamation are still in place and applicable. <br />Sinc ly, <br />Edward L.
