On behalf of Cemex, Inc., we request the following: <br />Confirmation from the Division that property released from bond in 1990 and <br />1991 has also been released from the permit boundary (288 acres); and <br />2. All remaining permitted land within Sections 32 and 33, T3N, R70W, 6`" P.M. be <br />released from the Lyons Quarry permit boundary. This property includes 155 <br />acres on areas designated as the northern portions of E- and F-pit. If approved, <br />979.5 acres will remain within the permit boundary, including 109 acres <br />designated as "buffer", all north of Hygiene Road. All acreages are based on the <br />original legal description, found in Exhibit A and B of the 1977 application <br />package (and attached for reference). <br />
