The <br />maximum amount of disturbance that will occur before posting the full bond is 2.8 acres for the processing <br />area, one-half acre for the access road to the scale house (860' x 25') and the installation of 10 monitoring <br />wells. <br />A note has been added to the Mining Plan Map stating: <br />Phase l: <br />- Insta1110 monitoring wells and collect data <br />- Instal! access road to state house (860' x 25) <br />- Remove topsoil from processing area (2.8 acres) and begin to install a temporary topsoi! berm <br />Phase 11: <br />- Mining operation and reclamation <br />Prior to commencing on phase II, SW Meadow, LLC will notify the DMG and post the bond in its entirety. <br />Enclosed please find a copy of the revised mining plan map and the application fee of $188.
