Robbins <br />Friedman, Hill & Robbins <br />220 Equitable Building <br />730 Seventeenth Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80202 <br />RE: North Thompson Creek Mines <br />File No. 77-313 <br />Dear Mr. Robbins: <br />Pursuant to your letter of February 9, 1981 inquiring on the status of the <br />Cease and Desist Order issued to Anschutz Coal Company on April 5, 1979, the <br />`tined Land Reclamation Staff hereby terminates the Cease and Desist Order <br />retroactive to May 15, 1980. <br />On May 25, 1979, the Mined Land Reclamation Board moved that the Cease and <br />Desist Order remain in effect pending submission of an amendment to the <br />existing permit.
