Speer Minine Resource <br />Permit No. M-1983-176 <br />Dear Berhan: <br />Enclosed, please find a complete record in the form of copies of U.S. Postal stamped <br />receipts for the mailing of Certified letters containing the required "Notification" (also <br />attached) to all owners of property within 200 ft. of the referenced amendment azea to <br />this CDMG permit. I contacted Harry Posey on November 13, 2002 and he informed me <br />that you will be the Specialist assigned to oversee this amendment through the DMG <br />process. <br />Also enclosed are copies of Return Receipt Certified cards showing that both the Adams <br />County Commissioners and the West Adams Conservation District received the same <br />Notice. Also enclosed is a copy of the first publishing of the Notice in the Brighton <br />Standard Blade on November 9, 2002. The Notice will be published on the three <br />remaining Saturdays in the month of November: the 16d', 23rd, and 30d'. Upon <br />completion of the required publishing in the newspaper, I will forward to you a copy of <br />the certification from the newspaper that the publication did occur for four consecutive <br />weeks.
