Submit an accE~ptable Regular Impact application which will include - - <br />it .o; <br />.~, the existing Limited Impact area and all other land currently affected by the <br />existing mining operation. This must be received by the Colorado Division of <br />Mined Land Reclamation no later than September 30, 1985. <br />2. Pay the Color~ido Mined Land Reclamation Division a civil penalty in <br />' the amount of $50 for tFie violation, within 30 days of the signature of this <br />;- document. This is based upon an assessment of $50 per day for 16 days of ' <br />' violation from April 9. 1985 to April 24, 1985 or $800 of which $750 would be ~ -~- - <br />i-`~°. ~ suspended provided Mr. Glass submits the permit application as previously <br />,~ outlined. <br />3.
