Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />On December 27, 2002, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the succession of operators from Centex <br />Eagle Gypsum Company, L.L.C. to American Gypsum Company for the Eagle-Gypsum Mine, Permit No. M- <br />1984-041. American Gypsum Company is now the permitted operator of the Eagle-Gypsum Mine, and as such, <br />is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. M-1984-041, as well as those specified in the Rules and <br />Regulations. <br />Enclosed is the Performance Warranty you originally provided. This was released as of the December 27, 2002 <br />Division approval far the succession of operators. Safeco Insurance Company of America Financial <br />Warranty/Corporate Surety Bond No. 5947332, in the amount of $85,500.00, is not being released due to the <br />acceptance of the Surety Rider changing the Bond Ptincipal from Centex Eagle Gypsum Company, L.L.C. to <br />American Gypsum Company. <br />If you have any questions, please wntact Barbara D.
