Malouff tvho had recently received a <br />notice from the Collections Section. <br />He was extremely abusive and threatening, including a very direct threat to <br />shoot me. I do not feel that Mr. Malouff would actually carry out his <br />threat, and I am sure that once he has calmed down he will seek appropriate <br />advice.
