The resulting civil penalty of $550.00 was agreed on between the <br />Division and the operator. <br />Assessment conference conducted August 17, 1993 reduced penalty for Fault component to <br />$0 from proposed $750.00. A Good Faith reduction of $500.00 was assessed as well.
