Notice of Public Hearing
The Mined Land Reclamation Board hereby gives notice that it will
consider, at a public hearing at the time and place below specified,
a review of Notice of Violation No. C-84-077 issued to West Elk Coal Company
of P.O. Box 591, Somerset„Colorado for their Mt. Gunnison No. 1 P4ine.
The mine is located in Section 9 and 16, T13S, R90W in Gunnison County.
The violation was issued for hauling underground development waste to the
Hotchkiss Coal Yard, an unpermitted area.
The hearing will be held on June 23, 1984 at 9:00 a.m, in Room 110,
Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Oenver, Colorado 80203.
