After further review of the permit files there are a couple of changes to the lit of reporting
requirements that I submitted to you on May 31, 1995.
Paragraph 6 of my memo states that, "monitoring reports for the main embanlrne t piezometers
(once a month) and the tailings piezometers (once every quarter)." Pursuant to -16, the main
embanla>ttent piezometers must be monitored once a month and the tailing piezometers
monitored once every quarter but the reports only have to be submitted once year (in the
annual report). Also, pursuant to TR-16, the flow rate from the tailings impou dment to the
collection pond must be monitored once a month and reported once a year (in the ual report).
Please note these changes. I will notify Ms. Nora Jacquez and BMRI of the changes.
