SUBMITTAL ITEM E ~1~/ ~- <br />SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR A SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION <br />l . Traffic impact analysis in accordance with Section 8-02 of the Development Regulations. <br />2. Traffic control plan. <br />3. Site plan showing all drainage features, buildings, stockpiling, temporary waste storage areas, washing <br />areas, buildings, roadways, parking, and all other pertinent features. <br />4. Drainage plan in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Development Regulations. <br />5. Proposed hours of operation. <br />6. Estimated life of the operation and proposed after-use for the site. <br />7. Provisions to minimize nuisance conditions on the site such as those described in Section 4-12 of the <br />Development Regulations. <br />8. Fire protection plan, including all elements of the waste acceptance procedure plan, reviewed and approved <br />by the local fire district. <br />9. Proof of adequate water supply and adequate provision for wastewater management. <br />0. Plans which can be put into effect should water contamination occur or when nuisance conditions are <br />confirmed on or off-site. <br />11. Signage plan to clearly mark entrance to site, providing name and phone number of operator, listing types of <br />tnaterial accepted, schedule of charges, and any other necessary information. <br />12. Daily quantities and types of waste to be processed through the facility. <br />13. Waste acceptance procedure plan, to include list of wastes that will not be accepted at the facility and <br />procedures to be used for detecting, characterizing, storing, and properly disposing of unacceptable wastes <br />that are intentionally or inadvertently brought to the facility. <br />14. Closure plan. <br />I5. Health and safety plan for transfer station employees to be reviewed by Tri-County Health Department. <br />
