The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. _ <br />PROHLBMS/POSSIHLE VZOLATZON3 <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />DATE <br />1. No Permit ID sign was posted and an insufficient number of <br />permit boundary markers are in place to adequately identify the PB or PV:PB <br />permit area. The sign and markers are required by Rule 3.1.12. TOPIC (S):SM <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Post the required sign and adequate markers June 24, 2005 <br />to identify the permit boundaries, and notify the Division of <br />the posting by sending the Division photographs of the posted <br />sign and permit markers by June 24, 2005. <br />Mining outside the permitted area <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Apply for a new permit, a permit amendment <br />to the 110c permit or convert the 110c permit to a 112c permit, <br />as needed, to incorporate the disturbed areas currently outside <br />the permit boundaries into a new or amended or converted permit <br />PB or PV: PV <br />TOPIC(S): <br />OD,~ MP <br />July 12, 2005 <br />
