For purposes of this bond, the worst case scenario for reclamation is ~± acres <br />of undisturbed setback, etc. azea, 20 acres of backfilling, topsoil reclamation ofnon-wetlands upland <br />area, 25 acres of wetlands creation. All mining and processing will be done with portable equipment. <br />A $7,500 figure is assumed to be sufficient to remove the conveyor support structures, and any other <br />miscellaneous, as the portable systems and any left equipment DMG would recover any other costs <br />of removal through the sale of salvageable equipment. No fencing is proposed to be removed, as <br />access to the property will continue to be fimited. All costs are rounded up to the nearest $10.
