I a complaint received, the Division inspected the site on <br />p April 14; 1987: The staff detailed what was revealed during this <br />inspection, A Reason to Believe letter was sent to the operator on <br />(~, ~ April 30, 1987 outlining corrective action necessary for compliance. <br />v ~ Upon receipt of the letter, May 5, 1987, the operator's representative, <br />Mr, Rapp, called the Division and advised that corrective action was <br />being implemented. The staff again inspected the site June 8; 1987 and <br />found all the corrective action had been implemented: The staff <br />outlined what corrective measures were taken, Slide were shown. <br />
