Pursuant to TR-06 - bi-weekly reports for surface stations RS-5 and f~S-6; <br />monitoring wells M-2, M-6, M-7, M-8, M-9, M-12, M-13, M-13R, a M-14; <br />pre-detox, post-detox, tailings impoundment, collection pond, and I simeters. If a <br />sufficient sample volume cannot be obtained then a report is not re wired. <br />2. Pursuant to TR-06 -quarterly reports for surface stations RS-1 throug~3 RS-6; <br />monitoring wells D 87-24, M-1, M-2, M-4', M-6 through M-14. If aisufficient <br />sample volume cannot be obtained then a report is not required. <br />3. Semi-annual reports for the offsite water wells. <br />4. Pursuant to TR-10 -weekly and monthly reports reflecting results of Idaily onsite <br />analyses of the tailings pond and the collection pond. <br />5. Pursuant to TR-10 -monthly summary reports of cyanide analyses p@rformed on <br />tailings exiting the INCO circuit. <br />6. Monitoring reports for the main embankment piezometers (once a r71onth) and the <br />tailings piezometers (every quarter). <br />M:\OSSammWtemo.jd <br />'Sally Hayes said M-4 is no longer being monitored because the casing collaps~d.
