Western Mobile shall comply with the following CORRECTNE ACTION: <br />Commence full reclamation of all offsite disturbed azeas, during the construction season of the <br />year 2000, but not later than October 31, 2000, according to the same specifications included in <br />the approved reclamation plan for this permit area, and continue the necessary monitoring and <br />maintenance on a timely basis to ensure the establishment of revegetation and the adequate <br />control of weeds. <br />4. Western Mobile is hereby assessed a CNIL PENALTY of $100.00 per day for 43 <br />days of violation, totaling $4300.00, pursuant to Section 34-32.5-124(7), C.R.S.
