It therefore seems to us that the cost of <br />installing the wall should be accepted because it is based upon an actual quote rather than guideline costs. <br />16. Item VII A - The enclosed agreements cover damage to valuable man-made property of adjacent owners. <br />However, a few adjacent owners decided they did not wish to agree to allowing affected land closer than 200 <br />feet from their valuable man-made property. In those cases, the affected land boundary will be set to be 200 feet <br />Erom that property. This will result in a change in the affected land boundary by about 40 to 70 feet or <br />thereabouts. This is not very much and it is probably not worthwhile doing new maps to show such a small <br />shift.
