EXHIBIT B <br />Site Description <br />There are no permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the site. There are no <br />drainage ditches, lakes, ponds, streams, etc affected by the site. <br />The site of the mine is in the sandy foothills and its soil is classified as 99 - Truckton <br />sandy loam, 3 to 9 percent slopes. Please refer to the attached soil survey provided by the <br />Natural Resources Conservation Service (MRCS). <br />
