In response to your letter dated Septanber 28, 1992, we sent
copies of NOV C-92-011 and Civil Penalty Worksheet to our Denver office
on July 30, 1992, and again on August 19, 1992. Apparently neither of
these mailings reached our Denver office.
I have brought this matter to the attention of the appropriate
individuals, both by telephone and mail, and prompt action will be
forthcoming.
