Lincoln Devore will be doing a follow-up <br />compaction test the first week of June. This test will then <br />be incorporated into the Quarterly certification. They <br />normal take a week to ten days to complete their report. <br />Thus I am requesting an extension to June 15th, 1993. <br />C-93-39 Oil Spillage - DOT barrels were received Monday, <br />May 24. Clean up was started on Monday Work is projected <br />to be completed by Friday afternoon May 28. Therefore an <br />extension is requested to May 28, 1993. <br />C-93-37 The Road east of the RDA has been closed off. <br />Temporary erosion control measures will be installed as <br />necessary to control erosion. A Technical Revision will be <br />Submitted by June 15th to permit a road to the conveyor, or <br />permanent reclamation measures will be taken. <br />GE & NE Culverts - Culverts have been ordered to replace <br />missing and under sized culverts. Golden Eagle Culvert C-3 <br />has been replaced with a 24" culvert from stock. A TR has <br />been submitted to remove culvert C-15 at the New Elk Mine. <br />Likewise a TR has been submitted along with documentation, <br />changing culvert C-6 from 60" to a 54" culvert with 9.72" of <br />headwater over the culvert. <br />
