That <br /> letter asked you to create a berm of topsoil overburden west of <br /> your west mining boundary on our property. <br /> We have planned to use this material for the development of the <br /> land you are now completing the mining and reclamation on under <br /> Permit M 81-302, as well as on lands we own to the west and north. <br /> It now appears likely that this topsoil overburden will be needed <br /> to complete the reclamation of M 81-302.
