Removal of 3500 Tons of Giave/
Dear Mr. Thurgood:
On March 20, 2002 the Mined Land Reclamation Board issued the enclosed Declaratory Order to
allow the removal of approximately 3500 tons of processed gravel without obtaining a
reclamation permit for the above captioned operation. We strongly advise that you read this
document carefully since it contains a provision, which must be adhered to allow the removal of
the gravel. No excavation of any kind can tie done concerning this activity.
