Re-evaluation of <br />stability of the current design at these locations based on this site will be performed in August <br />the data. a$er a minimum of three surveys have <br /> been done. Re-evaluation of the DH-#4 <br /> site based on 6 comparison surveys is <br /> is progress and will be completed by <br /> Jul 25. <br />Visual monitoring of the cut slope south of the intake shaft Visual monitoring occurs regularly. <br />site, and revaluation of the slope stability in this area Ground survey to be completed by 7/18 <br />based on actual Quad survev. with rc-cvaluazion b 7/25. <br />Notes: <br />Inclinometer and surface survey data at the observed slide areas will be collected daily (if possible) through <br />~. 7/25/97 and then weekly thereafter. Piezometers may also be installed depending on drill logs of <br />inclinometer holes. During inclinometer hole drilling, Shelby nrbe samples will be collected at probable <br />failure surfaces for visual exami*on. Previously planned survey prisms above the cut slope at the intake <br />shag area will be installed within the next two weeks, however, hubs will not be installed on the cut slope <br />because it is under construction. <br />Data, evaluation summaries, and other documents associated with the stability issues will be forwarded as <br />attachmrnts to the weekly Geotechaical Reports.
