Long <br />Division Dinxlor <br />This letter is written in response to the Notice of Violation (NOV) <br />extension request received from Mr. Jerry Koblitz, on behalf of <br />Slurco Corp. The request indicates weather conditions have <br />precluded final abatement of the above-referenced NOV. <br />Pursuant to the procedures of 5.03.2(2), the requested extension is <br />granted, except that this extension can only be granted for a total <br />period of 90 days (5.03.2(2)(g)). This extension is granted to <br />March 28, 1995. If additional time is needed beyond March 28, <br />1995, then an additional request will be required as the deadline <br />approaches.
