In the event that any changes in the future design aze planned, the <br />conclusions and recommendations contained in this report shall not be considered valid unless the <br />changes aze reviewed and conclusions of this report aze modified or verified in writing. It is <br />recommended that the geotechnical engineer be provided the opportunity for a general review of the <br />final project design and specifications in order that the earthwork recommendations may be properly <br />interpreted and implemented in the design and specifications. <br />This report does not provide earthwork specifications. We can provide guidelines for your use in <br />preparing project specific earthwork specifications. Please contact us if you need these for your <br />project. <br />This report presents both suggestions and recommendations. The suggestions aze presented so that <br />the owner and the owner's representatives may compaze the cost to the potential risk or <br />benefit for the suggested procedures. <br />^ We recommend that we be requested to provide geotechnical engineering observation and materials <br />testing during the construction phase of the project as discussed in this report. The purpose for on <br />site observation and testing by us during construction is to help provide continuity of service from <br />the planning of the project through the construction of the project. This service will also allow us to <br />revise our recommendations if conditions occur or aze discovered during construction that were not <br />1 evidenced during the initial study. <br />We represent that our services were.performed within the limits prescribed by you and with the <br />usual thoroughness and competence of the current accepted practice of the geotechnical engineering <br />profession in the azea. No warranty or representation either expressed or implied is included or <br />intended in this report or our contract. We aze available to discuss our findings with you. If you <br />have any questions please contact us. The supporting data for this report is included in the <br />accompanying figures and appendices. <br />This report is a product of Lambert and Associates. Excerpts from this report used in other <br />documents may not convey the intent or proper concepts when taken out of context, or they maybe <br />misinterpreted or used incorrectly.
