In his decision, Mr. Seibd eoacluded <br />that the Stele of Colorado had responded approptiatdy to OSM 10-Day-Notice (TDN) No. 93- <br />020-370-000, violations 1 and 3, both related to possible subsidence at your rcsidrnce. On <br />October 12, 1995, you filed an appeal of Mr. Seilxl's conclusion with the U. S. Department of the <br />Interior Board of Land Appeals (IDEA).
