Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natura{Resource Trustee <br />L' <br />Re: Ft._Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit No. M-1999-120, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. <br />~~ <br />Dear Ms. Mayer: <br />On Febmary 27, 2006 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to <br />the Division on Febnlary 2, 2006, addressing the fallowing: <br />Increase the bond for slurry wall construction around the Hill-Oakley and Golden Prts (20%slurry wall cost). <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1999- <br />120. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1999-120 remain in full force and effect. <br />The Division estimated a cost for the Hill-Oakley and Golden Pit slurry walls at a 20% cost in the amount of <br />$226,095.00. The current bond is $299,905.00 (with the approval of SROI). If you have not already done so, please <br />submit additional bond in the amount of $48,500.00.
