At that meeting, we will <br />also discuss procedures for handling situations of tins type. <br />Enclosed is a summary of OSM activities regarding Kerr Coal Company's mine. I trust <br />this explains OSM's rationale and the current stank of this problem. I hope we can work <br />together to avoid such circumstances in the future. <br />Finally, I want to commend Mike Long for his work with OSM on itr,proving the <br />efficiency and effectiveness of our efforn to ensure that all mines in Colorado are <br />properly reclairr,cd.
