The Division received your package which included a letter from Northwest Colorado <br />Consultants. Based on Brian Len's observations of the cut slope made by Seneca to facilitate the <br />dragline move to the Yoast Mine, the slope appeazs to have a minimum static safety factor of 1.3. <br />Seneca has also reiterated that they aze responsible for maintenance of the cut slope until such <br />time the road is turned over to Routt County. <br />Please call if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />.
