The first time was in the July 1993
inspection report. The second and third times were telephone
conversations that occurred after the July inspection, and prior to
the inspection during which the NOV was issued. No extension
letter for additional time was ever received by the Division.
Annual hydrology data is gathered and finalized for the year at the
end of June, giving the operator ample time to prepare for the
report submittal on August 1st.
It should be noted that the 1992 AHR was submitted 45 days after
the required date.
Good Faith: To this date, the Annual Hydrology Report has still
not been submitted. I recommend that a credit for good faith on
the part of the operator not be granted.
