Please see Attachment A: Vicinity Map and Attachment B: Parcel Location <br />Map for approximate location of the parcel. The legal description for the parcel is attached as <br />well (from Flatirons Surveying, dated May 19, 2004). <br />In addition, we have included a legal description for the revised Southeast Dowe Flats Property, <br />titled "Parcel B Description: (Westerly 105.00 acres, more or less)", excluding the 13+ acre <br />parcel for which this acreage reduction request is being made.
