Reasons for this request involve the scope of remedial <br />design and/or field work and the limited availability of staff and contractor time. Additional information and <br />requested abatement date pursuant to the NOV are described below. <br />Required Remedial Action <br />Submit a TR to designate anon-coal waste disposal area, or dispose of non-co,al waste in an <br />approved landfill site. <br />Current Abatement Status <br />The minor accumulations of non-coal waste from the SPCC termed azea, East portals area and <br />substation area have been removed. Non-coal waste located east of the refuse pile is being hauled to the <br />county landfill.
