ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement <br />and date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the <br />termination of violations cited during previous inspections. <br />On July 17, 1997 MCC submitted a Preliminary Sylvester Gulch Slope Stability Action Plan to <br />mitigate and reclaim the damage caused by the slide. MCC must submit the Preliminary Stability <br />Action Plan, and a detailed mitigation and reclamation plan for the slide and channel area in the <br />form of a revision to the permit document.
