These will be <br />constructed in an effort to accelerate re vegetation efforts on the Disturbance <br />Area as well as in the stream channel at its base. <br />As Section 34-32-116(71 requires operators to stabilize and protect affected <br />surface areas so as to effectively control erosion and attendant air and water <br />pollution, the Division hereby approves Castle Concrete's request.
