<br />1998 303(d) list. 77:e segment is listed for iron, manganese, selenium and sulfate. However, subsequent to the listing, the
<br />Colorado Water Quality Control Commission trifurcated segment 1 into three segments - In, 16 and Ic. Tire impairment listing
<br />was based on non-atrairvnent with water quality standards in the now-segment la, which is above segment Ib into which thic
<br />facility discirnrges. Segment Ib is not impacted and currently has ivarer quality standards based on table value or ambient
<br />criteria. The Division will be dropping segment !b from the 303(d) list. For this reason, rite Division does not find the need ti'
<br />impose any additional monitoring or other requirements on this permittee nt this time.
