Reclamation work is underway <br />at the present. <br />Our conversion application for this permit was submitted to <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the August 29 <br />hearing. The interim reclamation bond is to be negotiated <br />by company official ;fohn Sliman and DMG's James Dillie <br />within the week and trill be submi±ted by Sept. 22, 1996, <br />as requested. <br />Enclosed is our chec}: no. 16880 in the amount of 58,532.80, <br />in payment of the civil penalty assessed by the Board. <br />We thank you for wor}:ing with us on this problem.
