The scope v! our work was summarized in our proposal
o! April 13, 1990, and focused on determining the Smpact of the
proposed drainage facilities related to the Synder Quarry
Corrective Action Plan (CAP) upon the Cedar Heights property.
specific reference is made to the Obering, Wurth S Associates,
Inc. report prepared for the Castle Concrete Company a~nfl the
April 4, 1990 memorandum prepared by the Mined Land Reclamation
Division. The options described in these two documents halve been
reviewed for their relative impacts upon the Cedar Heights
property.
Field Review Results

A field visit was conducted May 21, 1990 to aseart;in the
existing site conditions for the HR-6 basin identified in the
Obeying wurth report.
