When we get the hard copy of Bowie's request for an extension and modification of NOV CV-2005-
002, the Division will give the extension and revise the NOV wording.
There are specific time limits if Bowie wants to immediately request to the Division director or the
board that the NOV be vacated, wants to provide information that may reduce the amount of the civil
penalty prior to the assessment of the civil penalty or wants to vacate the NOV or reduce the amount
of the civil penalty after the civil penalty has been calculated.
