<br />of the Work remains the property of BMRI and may not be used by Consultant, except by <br />written agreement of BMRI, on any other project or for any other person, firm or <br />corporation. <br />(b) Executed releases of liens and claims stating that all bills have <br />been paid and no claims exist against BMRI. <br />(c) Final itemized invoice for payment. Consultant shall be paid for <br />Work performed in accordance with the Contract Documents to the date df termination. <br />BMRI shall pay Consultant for actual and reasonable costs incurred by Consultant as a <br />consequence of the termination initiated by BMRI. However, Consultant shalll not be liable <br />to pay any bonus, damage or other claim asserted by Consultant for its expected profit on <br />the uncompleted portion of the Work. <br />8.3 Either DMG, BMRI or both parties together may at any time by written <br />notice to Consultant, require Consultant to stop all or any part of the Work ~or a period of <br />up to ninety (90) days after the notice is delivered to Consultant (the "Stop {V/ork Order"). <br />Upon receipt of the Stop Work Order, Consultant shall comply immediately with its terms <br />and take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocabl~ to the Work <br />covered by the Stop Work Order during the period of work stoppage. Witf~in a period of <br />ninety (90) days after a Stop Work Order is delivered to Consultant, or withi~j any extension <br />-18- <br />
