<br />the MOU, commence the Work on the effective date of this agreement. The term of this <br />Agreement shall be one (1) year unless terminated sooner pursuant to Article 8 herein or <br />extended by Change Order pursuant to Article 1.5 herein. <br />2.2 If Consultant is delayed at any time in the progress of the Work by Change <br />Order(s), by labor disputes, fire, unusual delay in transportation, adverse wea~her conditions <br />not reasonably anticipated, unavoidable casualties, or any other causes orlacts of nature <br />beyond Consultant's control and without the fault or negligence of Consultant, Consultant <br />shall prepare and submit to DMG and BMRI within five (5) calendar days of ;the occurrence <br />a written report of its assessment of the occurrence and any proposed am ndment to the <br />Term. Consultant shall proceed with due diligence to alleviate any such elay and shall <br />continue in the performance of its obligations hereunder. DMG in consultation with BMRI <br />may determine after the receipt of such notice of delay from Consulta~tt, whether to <br />terminate this Agreement in accordance with Article 8 hereof or extent{ the Term by <br />Change Order for such time as both DMG and BMRI may determine. ~ <br />Article 3 -Compensation and Method of Payment <br />3.1 BMRI shall pay Consultant Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Eight <br />Dollars ($15,488) for completion of the Work (the "Contract Price").
