C1 ai re <br />'On May 19, 1986 we conducted an inspection of your mine and found an <br />~unpettnitted mining operation in the SW 1/4 Section 1, T13S, P,71W along the <br />(North side of U. S. Highway 24 between mileposts 270 & 271, We believe this is <br />in violation of C.R.S. 34-32-123, mining without a permit. Therefore, we have <br />found reason to believe a violation exists to the Law and have scheduled this <br />matter before the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Presentation of this matter will he held during the June 23-24, 1988 Board <br />meeting for consideration of possible violation. The presentation will he <br />held in Room 220 of 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 <br />a. m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered and you will have <br />the opportunity to be represented and heard. It will be reiterated that there <br />is reason to believe that you are in violation of the provisions noted above. <br />If the Board finds a violation at this hearing, it may issue a cease and <br />desist order, and if you waive your right to a 20 day notification period, <br />423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203-2273 Tel.
