The DMG has determined that $3,618,694 of the total <br />bond amount of $4,510,644 is applicable to the 720 Pit area. Of the $3,618,694, the <br />DMG proposes to release $2,171,216, which is the maximum amount allowed by Rule <br />3.03.1(2)(a). I have also enclosed a copy of our public notice, to be posted in the <br />Jackson County Star.
