Long, <br />Division Dveaor <br />RE: South 40 Quarry (Permit No. M-90-016) Formal Public Hearing by Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board on Matters of Possible Permit Violation and <br />Unpermitted Mining by High Plains Stone <br />Dear Mr. Moore: <br />This letter is to advise you that a Formal Public Hearing on the above <br />referenced possible violations by High Plains Stone will be held by the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board during its August 26-27, 1992 meeting. <br />The hearing will be held `in Room 318 of 1313 Sherman St., Denver, Colorado <br />beginning @ 9:00 a.m.,or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered. <br />Since the Bureau of Land Management placed the complaint of violations by High <br />Plains Stone with the Division, it would be helpful if you and/or other BLM <br />employees familiar with these issues could be present at the hearing to assist <br />the Board in its deliberations. <br />Please advise if your attendance at this hearing can be expected.
