Box 80905 <br />Seattle, WA 98108 <br />File No. M-83-141 <br />All persons wishing to give testimony were sworn. <br />Sec. 12, T1N, R72W, 6th P.M. , Boulder County, 7.638 acres; <br />110(2) underground mines and mill. Continuance of a request <br />for reconsideration of NOV M-92-021 to consider possible <br />permit transfer (continued from the August 1992 Board <br />Meeting). <br />Mr. Frank Johnson, Assistant Attorney General, said this <br />matter relates to the name of the permittee. He informed the <br />Board that all parties to this matter have agreed on a <br />stipulation that would provide a Transfer of Permit and name <br />the permittee, however, the agreement has not yet been signed. <br />Mr. Johnson requested that the Board continue this matter to <br />the October 1992 Board Meeting, in order to allow all of the <br />parties an opportunity to sign the stipulation. <br />It was MOVED that the Board continue this matter to the <br />October 1992 Board Meeting. SECONDED AND PASSED UNANIMOUSLY <br />(Kraeger-Rovey, Cooley, Jouflas, Stewart, Danielson, Danni and <br />McCannon). <br />Staff Presentation _y Bruce Humphries: <br />10. FORMAL PUBLIC HEARING <br />RULE-MAKING. <br />Consideration of proposed rules to implement the provision of <br />SB 181, specifically changes to Rule 1.1, Definitions, and <br />Rule 6.2, Water (continued from the August 1992 Board <br />Meeting). Continuance--to the October 1992 Board Meeting, due <br />to the inability of one of the parties to attend the September <br />1992 Board Meeting. Staff said all other parties have agreed <br />to a continuance. <br />
