.~ • i <br />14. November l3, 1980 -letter from Boazd stating that bonding supplied November 17, 1977 was <br />adequate if placed on an updated form. <br />15. December 29, 1980 -Board received a letter from me stating that I no longer represented Hart <br />Rok and further correspondence should be addressed to the company. <br />16. March 8, 1982 -Hart Rok received a letter from MLRB regarding bonding and succession of <br />operators. As soon as the $10,5001etter of credit is converted to 3 separate sureties of $2,500 each, <br />"the permits will be issued to Hart Rok Redi-Mixt Concrete". Succession of operators can then <br />proceed. (Interestingly, this means permits may be issued four and a half (4-1/2) years after <br />submission of the applications. <br />17. April 29, 1982 -letter to Hart Rok stating that the succession to Hard Rock Paving and Redi- <br />Mix, Inc. was approved as of that date. <br />18. October 20, 1987 -letter from Board to Hazd Rock Paving stating that had collected fees for a <br />regular rather than a limited impact for 1985, 1986, and 1987. The overpayment was refunded. <br />19. September 10, 1998 -Jim Stevens inspected the pit. This was the first time in 21 years that <br />anyone from the Division or Board had looked a[ the operation. <br />
