The Golden <br />Eagle Mine violations are C-93-014, C-93-015, C-93-017, C-93-070 and CO-93-012. The New <br />Elk Mine Violation is C-93-037. <br />This submittal is in response to the letter of January 20, 1994, from your office, indicating that <br />the AFO files did not contain these termination notices.
