Mr. Holloway has related to me that the SO paperwork, including letter of credit <br />surety bond changes, have been completed and are in route to your office. <br />2. I am forwarding copies of letters sent to US Lime over the past yeaz in addition to <br />a recently signed agreement letter regazding the .25 acre pazcel reclaimed in 2006. <br />The original agreement will be signed off by Colorado Marble as soon as it can <br />catch up to a Colorado Mazble officer. We originally sent US Lime an agreement <br />signed by Colorado Marble President Bill Addison, but US Lime wished for some <br />verbage changes prior to their signage. <br />3. I am forwarding permit application document changes to reflect USFS <br />determination of limitation of use regarding the one acre staging azea included in <br />the permit affected land boundaries. <br />4. Maps showing topographic details at the completion of reclamation and totaling <br />areas of slopes steeper than 3:1 are being mailed to your of&ce with hazd copy of <br />this correspondence. <br />5.
