Long <br />Division Director <br />During the Pre-hearing Conference on this matter, the objectors asked for permission to <br />participate in the hearing on the referenced amendment by telephone. The objectors also <br />asked for permission to appoint a spokesperson for all objectors who would present their <br />case. That request is attached. Pursuant to the pre-hearing conference officer's request, <br />the objectors followed up their verbal request with a written request. However, the Board <br />has not heard from the applicant. <br />The applicant should submit its response to this request, if any, in writing, within seven <br />days of the date of this letter.
