During the Pre-hearing Conference on this matter, the objectors asked for permission to
participate in the hearing on the referenced amendment by telephone. The objectors also
asked for permission to appoint a spokesperson for all objectors who would present their
case. That request is attached. Pursuant to the pre-hearing conference officer's request,
the objectors followed up their verbal request with a written request. However, the Board
has not heard from the applicant.
The applicant should submit its response to this request, if any, in writing, within seven
days of the date of this letter. The Board will decide this matter as soon as possible to
enable the parties to prepare accordingly.
