This
extension allows the informal hearing to be held after the
August 28, 1987 abatement deadline for reclamation plan de-
ficiency response. It is Raiser's intent to have meetings with
MLRD during August to attempt to resolve the Somerset reclama-
tion bond amount.
Raiser recognizes that this request is beyond the 30 day limit
to schedule a hearing. However, the above circumstances
indicate that it may be appropriate to consider a September
informal hearing date. It is also our understanding that no
penalties need to be placed in an escrow account at this time.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Sincerely,
William P.
